IE9 + upload progress bar

Hi support.

There is a bug in CKFinder 2.0.2 (PHP) IE9 windows 7

When you upload a file and click the 'upload selected file button' the progress information can't be seen.

This works in FireFox 3.6.x and 4.x but not IE 9

I think the CSS class progress_bar is hidden? I am curently tyring to debug this I will post any info / patches here.

The "bug" is that ie doesn't implement the xhr upload progress events

Let's say in theory that we're working on multiple file upload in flash with the ability to pause/resume downloads and with the progress bar. Would such solution be ok for you instead?

Yes, that would be terrific.

The most important thing is that users can see that an upload is currently in progress. A animated gif would work for my application.
It is just that users select the file they are interested lets say a 4mb video clip then the file dialogue closes and they are left thinking that nothing is happening because there is no please wait message.

Has any progress been made on this update for the ASP.Net CKFinder? I would be willing to test this for you if there is a nightly build available.

We are very close to the release date. Regarding ASP.NET - code that is responsible for fixing cookies bug in Flash is awaiting now for a review. The dev snapshot will be available at the beginning of the next week. The final stable release, soon after that.
