I dont have upload button

Hello. Im new to CKEditor and i think is the best editor ever!

I downloaded the new CKEditor version and when i want to upload a picture i dont have a dialog box even not a link

I have "Image info" "Link" "Advanced" .. i dont know where is "Upload" link ??

If you click on the link above it may be leaving off the closing parenthesis and giving you a page not found error: http://docs.fckeditor.net/CKEditor_3.x/Developers_Guide/File_Browser_(Uploader)
