How to change image upload to database?

In ckEditor image upload, How I can change the Upload from saving in fileSystem to database?

You need to write your own server connector. More details are available in the documentation.

In @wiktor's post you have link to server connectior documentation. There you have instructions what it is and what it should done. You can start for checking how it looks in CKFinder - connectors are in 'core' directory in CKFinder directory. Please use it as reference.
