Folders show under BROWSE SERVER when clicking LINK but not INSERT IMAGE

I can see the folders when I click the LINK button from CKEDITOR, but when I go to insert an image into the CKEDITOR and click the BROWSE SERVER button, there are NO folders present.

I don't understand why?

The default name in the

The default name in the config.cfm file must apparently need to be Images and Files (plural) even though I changed the array struct names to singular to match my folder structure already on my server.

I had:

Image

File

and neither show up when trying to insert an image. But when I change the name of my folder on my server to Images, it shows the folder. I don't know where else to change the name in the .cfm script to show the folder name I prefer instead of Images.
