Hello,
I am trying to add some allowed extensions to CKFinder : .dot, .dotx, .xlt, .xltx . (Microsoft Office document template).
When I add "dot" in the "allowedExtensions" variable and I try to use CKFinder, the folder "Files" loads and never stops, I can't access it. The 3 others (dotx, xlt, xltx) seem to be accepted.
Is there a solution to make CKFinder accept .dot files?
(Please excuse my English, I'm French, I hope I'm understandable. :))
Hi Aurelie,
Hi Aurelie,
the easiest way to solve it is to contact the dedicated support channel that, as a holder of a valid CKFinder license, you are etntitled to use. Please use your support token to contact Customer Support, they will be happy to look into this matter for you. Do not forget to describe your environment -- CKFinder version, connector type etc. Thank you!

Hello,

A .dot file had been uploaded manually (without CKFinder) in the CKfinder directory. When I deleted the file and uploaded it using CKFinder, it worked. Probably an issue with the cache or something like that.
Glad to see it works now, and
