File names having non-English names (Korean, Japanese, etc..

I'm using ASP version.

File names having non-English names (Korean, Japanese, etc..) gets broken.

When uploading a non-English file it looks fine in the Main Frame, but when downloading, the non-English named file gets broken.

How can I fix this problem?

Can you explain with a little more detail what does it work and what is broken?

Are the uploaded files with the correct names in the FTP?
When does it fail?
Also:
What's your browser?,
Did you test with a different one?
