[Feature request] Image selection on start up

There is nice feature as the automatically selected folder on start up (CKFinder.config.startupPath).

It would be nice if the developers of CKFinder add the feature to select the specific image on start up. If the user selects the image and open the image browser wouldn't it better if he or she sees that image selected?

Or is there the way how to do it now?
