Does CKeditor offer a discount or License for Educational Institutions?

I sent an email last week and got not response. I then noticed under Support that it says, "Because of the number of messages we receive everyday, e-mail support is available only under payment." I am not a paying customer yet, so I figured I wouldn't get a reply... Thus this posting in the Forums.

I'll try emailing again.

license of CKFinder has an affordable price for educational institutions
($59), and we have several of them already using it out there."
