Disabled for security reasons?

Okay, I have everything up and running fine, except I can't for the life of me figure out how to get rid of this error dialog and get to that happy place.

"The file browser is disabled for security reasons. Please contact your system administrator and check the CKFinder configuration file."

Please help!

why can't anyone answer this question. ckfinder won't work and nobody seems to know how to correct it. Have spend over 6 hours trying to find an answer on this and the previous poster has obviously been waiting a lot longer then I have - I assume he has died waiting already hope I don't

It's hard to reply with the data that he has provided. He doesn't even state what server language is using or if he has adjusted the config file.

Please, open a new thread to address correctly your problem and provide as much info as possible (look at other threads to see the kind of info that Wiktor request)

I have no clue how I got it working but it is can upload images now just not documents - just hangs saying upload in progress

The file that you're trying to upload may be too big, try uploading smaller file to see if that's the problem.
