Disable Upload Toolbar Item

In the configuration file disable file uploads using ACL settings.

For example, in CKFinder for PHP do the following:
- open config.php
- search for

'fileUpload' => true,

- change it into:

'fileUpload' => false,

- save the file

setting fileUpload to false will disable the Upload button (turn it grey) but it still appears.

how does one make the Upload button disappear completely?

(some of my users are getting confused thinking that they should be able to upload, because they see the button, but it is disabled, and now they wonder if they did something wrong, and they are writing me asking me why. i'd like to remove the button completely so it doesn't even enter their minds)

In config.js add the following:

config.removePlugins = 'uploadform';

i did add this config.removePlugins = 'uploadForm'; in config.js under ckfinder folder. But it did not work for me. Do i need to change anything else in addition?
