Delete image in CkFinder, but then broken Image link on page

Hi Guys,

Sorry couldn't find forum search to see if this question has already been asked.

What is a solution, if any, to this scenario? Note that we have a hosted CMS with CKFinder pro license.

1. We CkEditor to add some content with an image (CkFinder Integrated)

2. Go to CkFinder File manager, and delete the image.

3. View the page, and there is now a broken img link

So basically we need a solution where if the image is being used in any content items, these content items are updated when the image is deleted.
