Define setting at runtime?

Hi,

Let me just first say that I've purchased CKFinder a couple months back and it has been working great.

I have CKFinder working and I've customized it via the .config and the ckfinder.html for my needs.

I have another use for CKFinder in the same web application but I need to specify different settings in the .config and I need to tweak the ckfinder.html.

Is there a way to do this at runtime or do I need to have two different "CKFinder" installations in the same web app?
