Copy and Move commands

I'm trying to finish a java connector. The move and copy commands are not documented and will not work without a full license. So, the only way I can find out how to do the move and copy is to install a none working version on a live site or buy more licenses for test systems. Any ideas?

One nice feature you could add that would make this all much easier is to allow full functionality without a full license on the host "localhost".
