Ckfinder Image Resize questions.

I setup the imageresize plugin and it worked fine. But, how do I make the images resizing on the fly when uploading. 

I know the tool automaticlly resize to thumbnail folder when uploading. But when I set the size to be 320x320 the thumbnail list showing big icons (320px). Is there a way to set the view to be  like 100x100 while resized thumbnails preserved 320px?
