Changing from Windows Temporary Folder to one specified

One of the requirements is to "have write access to the Windows temporary folder then it will be used automatically". Is there any way to move it so that CKFinder uses a directory within CKFindr's own folder structure.

Is it possible to go around writing to the Windows Temporary Folder and have CKFinder write elsewhere to function properly?

Yes, you can set the path with the CKFinderTempPath setting in BOTH the config.asp and the web.config file

What if you do not know the exact location path of the config.asp and webconfig file. Our website is outsourced so we do not know the exact position of our website relative to the server. Is there anyway to use a Server.MapPath() in the webconfig file?

You must set the same path in both files, so you just need to run a simple page to do a server.mapPath of the folder where you want to save the temporary files and use that output in both configurations.
