CKfinder problem with uploading large file

When I trying to upload large rar file (50M) the message "Ivalid file" shown to me.
Hovewer, small rar files uploads normally. There is no limits to file size in ckfinder config ('maxSize' => 0).
I tried to set

ini_set("post_max_size", "100M");
ini_set("upload_max_size", "100M");

in ckfinder config but nothing changed.
Please help
