CKfinder does not replace Spaces in filenames with %20 after upload

In browse image option of ckfinder, when we try to upload an image from "upload tab" it does upload the file but in image file name field it does not replace "space" with "%20". The same works fine when we select an image using "browse server" from the "Image Info" tab.
