CKFinder works but no upload tab in CKEditor

Hi guys I've successfully purchased CKFinder a couple of times previously for projects and it integrated fine before but this time I'm having diffs.

I'm using CKEditor with ASPRunner which generates CMS pages to an access database.

Now previously I have downloaded CKFinder and put it in the plugins folder beside the CKEditor folder and CKEditor seemingly picked it up fine before and when you choose the image button in the toolbar then the upload + browse server tab/buttons become alive.

In this integration these buttons are not available even tho CKFinder is successfully installed (and source scripts tested, and all working with ability to upload etc)

Any idea what is missing here ?? Very frustrating...

Have you enabled CKFinder in CKEditor?
ASP / CKEditor Integration

For example by setting:

    filebrowserBrowseUrl : '/ckfinder/ckfinder.html',
    filebrowserImageBrowseUrl : '/ckfinder/ckfinder.html?type=Images',
    filebrowserFlashBrowseUrl : '/ckfinder/ckfinder.html?type=Flash',
    filebrowserUploadUrl : '/ckfinder/core/connector/asp/connector.asp?command=QuickUpload&type=Files',
    filebrowserImageUploadUrl : '/ckfinder/core/connector/asp/connector.asp?command=QuickUpload&type=Images',
    filebrowserFlashUploadUrl : '/ckfinder/core/connector/asp/connector.asp?command=QuickUpload&type=Flash',
