CKFinder only works in Internet Explorer (IE)

Hello,

I am using CKEditor in a custom content management system and have integrated CKFinder with a view to purchase the license but it only works in IE. I know there's an issue with Chrome but it doesn't work in Opera, Safari or even Firefox. To eliminate the machine, I tried the demo and CKFinder works fine so it's something I've done, clearly.

Works in IE:

If I'm missing something obvious, please tell me. Thanks for any advice offered.

I've had no further luck with this so looks like I'll downgrade to FCKEditor to see if that resolves the problem.

If it doesn't work in FF for you then.. it's great because there is Firebug that can help us solve this issue quickly ;-)

If possible, send me a PM with a link to your web site. If not, check whether there are some JavaScript errors and make sure that you have cleared browser cache (and any other cache you may think of).

Upon further investigation, it appears as though the "Upload" tab and the "Browse Server" button are there in the HTML but in the inline CSS the display is set to none. When I amend the CSS to display the elements, they don't work when clicked so it must be more than not being visible, they can't be activated.

The fustration is that it works fine in Internet Explorer. My client has a Mac and uses Firefox and I use Vista on the PC and use both IE and FF.

This is puzzling.

Just to add, the only difference I can see in the source between my installation and the online demo is that display is set to none for the "Browse Server" button and the "Upload" tab within the inline CSS.

What would cause that to happen?
