CKFinder causing problem with uploading file with special ch

I am using CKFinder in my application. Whenever i try to upload a file with special characters in it, it causes problem. I want that all unwanted characters to be removed or replaced.

What server side version of CKFinder are you using?
In CKFinder for PHP you can set:

$config['ForceAscii'] = true;

I am using version 2. I am using it in asp.net.
