CKFinder and CKEditor problem

I am using CKEditor .Net 3.5.2 and CKFinder 2.0.2. I having issues after uploading an image with the ckeditor goes to read only mode and attached is a screenshot. I have CKEditor and CKFinder within the same domain

Could you attach a simple web page/project where this issue could be reproduced?
