CKFinder License not working

Hi,

I just purchased a license for ckfinder to upload images but it is not working.

We purchased a licsense a while ago for another website and that works fine, we have replicated the setup obviously just changing the config options for the license key.

I have used the license name and key supplied in my confirmation email but to no joy

Any ideas?
