CKFinder Displays Blank Window

I have CKEditor 3.5.2 integrated with CKFinder 2.0.2 and in a few instances people have been reporting that when Browse Server is clicked it opens a blank window. The problem is not easily replicated as it only occurs on an old Windows Vista machine I have. Even when the browser versions are the same as my Vista machine it works on Windows 7 but not Vista.

Please help!
