I upload a file called something like "1&1.txt", which works fine, but I am not able to delete it.
Should this work? Else, can I prevent people from uploading files with such characters? Where should I add that code?

I've tried to upload and delete such a picture to http://www.ckfinder.com/demo and it works fine.
What's your server language and the browser that you are using?
