CKFinder 1.1 PHP Output Buffering Issue

It would appear that CKF 1.1 does not play nice with PHP Output Buffering turned on. I am receiving the XML Request Error 200 (OK). The Server response is emtpy, Status: 200, Response text: empty

This does not happen and everything loads fine when I turn Output Buffering off. Turning it off is not an option. I have read the threads concerning Cold Fusion but how do they apply to my situation, if at all?
