What can be the probable issues?

Tried to debug the issue, The call back function is not working after init.

We were earlier using 2.0.2.1 version, and now upgrading to 2.4.2

Any changes that are made in the CKFinder API, If you could share some link on the same?

Might be better to simply contact support. Looks like they might need to go over your setup in more detail. If you have a support token, you can submit you issue here... If they can't help you, you can ask for a refund.
