CKEditor and CKFinder asp.net integration

I am having difficulty getting this started, the sample only shows javascript, is that the only way to integrate them? It would be nice to have a full sample to see the context, code snippets don't do much good.
I tried to figure it out, but CKFinder does not have a method for SetupCKEditor, only SetupFCKEditor.
