I want to include CKFinder in my opensource application, but I don't understand the license.
The download page (http://ckfinder.com/download) says:
"Fully functional, open source file browser, with source code included"
But the license page says:
"If you did not pay for a license, you may use unlicensed copies of CKFinder for the exclusive purpose of demonstration."
Since the EULA is more binding than a random paragraph in a page, I would say that CKFinder is not opensource. So, I would change the sentence in the download page to something that doesn't imply the fact that the product is opensource, because it's not.
Or maybe I am missing something?
