I have had two users report that they cannot see the Add Files block after hitting the Upload button in CKFinder. It looks to be a Flash piece and though I advised them to install the latest Flash Player, the block still remains blank.
What makes it strange is 99% of our users are able to upload files and images without error, but these two are getting just a white area.
Certainly someone has experienced this. Any help appreciated.
