ASP.NET and CKFinder with custom config

Use CKFinder integrated CKEditor in ASP.NET environment, use these two elements in different parts of a website and I should differentiate the behavior of CKFinder based on the area of the site where the user interacts.
In practice, in a section of the site CKFinder must upload images to a location, resize them to a certain extent, while in another section must resize them to another resolution ...
So I would like to be able to assign a file for each element config.ascx CKFinder this for my website ... is it possible?
