manually inserting code inside editor

i create a forum about web development and design. and my users ask questions and they use "insert Pre" button for inserting code inside editor. i also put an edit button for editing questions by its own author but my problem is when i fetch data(user question) from database "user inserted codes" are disappear! actually they are exist but ckeditor cant show them! what should i do? :(
