So is there a reason for it not to be listed ? (some rules to meet? some agreement to deal with? ...)
If you know about a plugin that manages best the mathematical formulae, please let me know...

This is probably because they did not submit their plugin to our Add-ons Repository. You may ask them to do it and in the meantime, you can browse the plugins that are available. I recall there were some math equations plugins submitted a while ago.
