Loopindex Addon - lite icons missing from CKBuilder package?

I've created a new custom built package (basic preset) including the addition of the "Loopindex Track Changes" addon. 

All is good, but I don't see the \lite\icons folder in the package with the standard .png icons. 

I can get them by downloading the lite addon separately or from GitHub.

Any thoughts are appreciated!
