Looking for a working example of fieldsets

Hi,

Does anyone have a working example that uses the fieldset class here?

I want to use it but am having trouble implementing it with only what's on that page.

Any advice appreciated.

I have a select box with values 1-20 in it.

I want to have a fieldset that contains a number of text boxes, the number being defined by the select box.
