CKEditor.NET.dll does not support full form functionality?

Hi,

I'm trying to get the toolbar forms with the buttons (checkbox, button, label, selector) in the CKEditor.

For some reason it won`t show the toolbar...can somebody tell me what I`am doing wrong?
