Image resize handle problem chrome firefox

Why image resize handle not show in chrome or firefox, only works on IE

Please help

Resize images in Chrome?

Actually, it was working fine for me up until (I think) the 2.9.1 update. Now it doesn't work again. Neither does the resize if I use the IEtab extension on Chrome.

Works fine on Firefox though.
