using the cache for the toolbar?

What is the best way to cache the toolbar images after the first time the buttons load?

That way if theres another instance of the editor elsewhere on the site, the toolbar images will be quasi-preloaded.

I think the images are cached. The slowness in starting each editor instance is more likely due to the extensive object instatiation that takes place for each Create() method called.
