<script> tag problem - I really need help

Hi,

I need to insert a javascript <script> tab in my FCKEditor Window. When I do so, the script is launched in the web browser, but it doesnt work. The script retrieves a poll and the submit button does not work when the user presses it.

I get the impression that FCKEditor changes something there.

Has anyone else come across this?
