table headers

hi to all and thank you for the great work!

I'd like to ask you if think it would be a good thing to have the possibility to add also header cells when creating a table.

this would be a good step with accessible code generation.

This is a very importnat feature that i would love to see incorporated into the editor... if and when this feature is added it could be a good opportunity to add support for <thead> <tbody> and <tfoot> tags...they make styling a table that much easier...
