swfobject problem

Hello,
I use swfobject for flash animations, to di this I paste the source code generated from here
http://www.bobbyvandersluis.com/swfobject/generator/index.html
First time all works fine but when the page ae edited fckeditor remove the second object closing tag.

for sample the original code ends
<!--[if !IE]>-->
</object>
<!--<![endif]-->
</object>

after fckeditor open the page I get
<!--[if !IE]>-->
</object>
<!--<![endif]-->

I can disable fckeditor to check swfobject ?
