small mods in email support?

Good day,

I was wondering if i got the email support would this "include" getting me a small customization. The only thing i need is for some of the toolbar bouttons to disappear. (as a side note i will not accept ppl that "bid" for doing this unless it is not included)

if you read the docs, you can do this your self without touching the code....
