session encoding problem

Hello,

I'm using FCKEditor on my web site. My page default charset is windows-1254 (turkish). I cant see my turkish characters after entering FCKEditor Page. Before this everything seems OK. I need to abandon my session and login again to correct character problem. Is there a way to fix this?

and pckeditor encode in utf-8
how to configure pckeditor for iso-8859-15

You should always use throughout the entire application one enconding thus UTF-8.
