send to db in utf

hi ppl, i have some time trying to do, about all my site is in meta charset utf-8 , and i wannt to send the fckeditor content in utf like ñ á é í ó ú, but it save in ñ á etc...

have the entrities all in false

FCKConfig.ProcessHTMLEntities = false ;
FCKConfig.IncludeLatinEntities = false ;
FCKConfig.IncludeGreekEntities = false ;

and convert too when go to the db,,, some body can helpme? (save á not á)
