question of adding a text button to fck

Can someone point me to a document, or give me instructions on how to add a custom text button to FCK ? I fought with it for a long time, and can't figure it out.

thank you so much, but... i want add button as TEXT instead of IMAGE. just like 'source' button or 'StyleSimple'. can i get some documents about that?
