That's an old version that had some security problems. You should upgrade before trying to configure the upload.
Then read the docs and the comments in the files explaining how to use the features.

thanks for the reply, but the site was previously hosted on other servers and it works quite correctly, did not understand why this server is not working, but by chance I have to set some way?

And how do you expect anyone to help you with so much info?

I've already wrote above all that the info that can be useful in the current situation, and ignoring the advice about a security problem looks strange to me.
