problem with Browsers

Hi,

I don't understand why there problems with the unordered list and the browsers Netscape 4.76 and Firefox 0.8 (see http://www.sefip.org)
Someone can tell me if this is a problem with css or the fckeditor ??

Ie6 and Opera 7.23 can see this page perfectly.

I see this a problem with the align statement.
The FCKeditor forgot to put the quotes.
So, write justify without quotes and the correct way is "justify".
Is this a bug, or is this corrected on the new 1.6 version ??
