preselect a format

First of all congratulation to the 2.0. A really great peace of software.

Is there any possibility to preselect a format, if I'm starting a new editor with no content? I want to prevent the user from writing a paragraph without enclosing tags!

Any hint would be welcome.

And to go a little further, it would be nice if the fckeditor.value could be set to "" onClick or onFocus, but without losing the enclosing tags.
