paste plain text as html (aka insert you tube video..)

hello everybody, i'm trying to copy a plain text from you tube:

now the problem is that when i copy this code from you tube web site, then i can only paste as html-encoded-text.
anyone can help please? how can i paste as html instead of plain text?
