new plugin: FitWindow - stretch to fullsize

I've created and submitted a new plugin called FitWindow. This plugin stretches the editor's frame to fit into the current window or toggles back to its original size. In fullsize mode, the editor will adapt to the new window size on resize of it.

Remark: If the editor is contained in an object with margin (i.e. apart from the body) it won't be positioned at the very top in the window viewpane. I'm not sure how this can be solved. Maybe counting all margins of the parents and positioning the editor at -totalMargins will do. But currently I have no time to fix it. If someone wants to give it a try, please do!!

bug: special combos not appearing in gecko

With gecko browsers and when in fullscreen mode the tools like Style, Size, Text Color etc. don't work anymore (no popup menu is displayed).

plugin will be implemented into editor core

From of FCKeditor 2.3 this plugin will be implemented into the core of the editor! Thanks for the appreciation Frederico!

in FF 1.0.5.3 the combobox work fine in fullscreen, but not work in NORMAL window size!
