new plugin: FitWindow - stretch to fullsize

Remark: If the editor is contained in an object with margin (i.e. apart from the body) it won't be positioned at the very top in the window viewpane. I'm not sure how this can be solved. Maybe counting all margins of the parents and positioning the editor at -totalMargins will do. But currently I have no time to fix it. If someone wants to give it a try, please do!!

With gecko browsers and when in fullscreen mode the tools like Style, Size, Text Color etc. don't work anymore (no popup menu is displayed).
