licence ckFinder

Hi,

I try to instal CkFinder to use it with Ckeditor. But before I have a question, I have read this on docs

"If you purchased CKFinder, you should put your license key in the config.php file:
If you leave these fields blank, CKFinder will be fully functional, but it will be running in demonstration mode."

what demonstration mode ?
Can I use CkFinder in my webside without purchased a Licence or I need one ?

Check the CKFinder License, point 5:

5. Unlicensed Copies
If you did not pay for a license, you may use unlicensed copies of CKFinder for the exclusive purpose of demonstration. In this case you will be using CKFinder in "demo mode". Without derogating from the forgoing, you may not use CKFinder in "demo mode" for commercial purposes. CKFinder shall be used only for evaluation purposes and may not be used or disclosed for any other purposes, including without limitation, external distribution or software development. You may not remove demo notices from the interface nor disable the ability to display such notices or otherwise modify CKFinder. Product support is not offered for CKFinder in "demo mode".

This means that you can download CKFinder (and it will work), try it out (on a test/development environment, for example), and evaluate whether the product suits your needs. If it does, you need to purchase a license. If it does not, you should remove the software.
